Eduardo Nerio, M.Ed., is a founding member of P.A.N.K.U.S. and serves as Executive Director of University Relations. Since the organization's founding in 2001, Eduardo has remained dedicated to preserving the loud, proud, and family-oriented culture that has defined P.A.N.K.U.S. from the very beginning. He believes the organization's strength comes from the lifelong bonds between its members, the traditions that unite generations, and the unwavering commitment to showing up for one another as family.
As a leader in education, Eduardo has a passion for student success, organizational development, and community engagement. Roberto Rosales, M.B.A., is a founding member of P.A.N.K.U.S. and serves as Executive Director of Operations. Since 2001, he has helped lead the organization’s evolution from a campus-based student group into a nationally governed, alumni-supported institution with formal leadership structures, financial controls, regional operations, membership systems, digital platforms, leadership development programs, and long-range planning.
Professionally, Roberto is an enterprise technology, operations, financial governance, and organizational development executive with more than two decades of federal leadership experience overseeing complex services and approximately $140 million in annual technology investments. Within P.A.N.K.U.S., he leads institution-building: strengthening governance, modernizing administrative and digital systems, managing resources, expanding alumni engagement, developing future leaders, preserving organizational history, and creating sustainable processes that support growth without losing the spirit, traditions, and family-centered culture that have defined P.A.N.K.U.S. from the beginning.
