Member Census
Completed census work to improve records, outreach, and engagement.
Tarleton State Connection
Met with Tarleton State University leadership to strengthen visibility and alignment.
Regional Meet-and-Greets
Completed gatherings in Fort Worth, Austin, and Stephenville to restart local alumni connection.
Leadership Structure
Filled National Board positions and established the 25 Forward Advisory Council.
25-Year Planning
Kicked off the 25-Year Anniversary Committee and appointed a chair.

Scholarships
Annual student scholarships and recognition tied to achievement, service, leadership, spirit, tradition, and Tarleton State University.
Retreat Improvements
Support needs tied to Buffalo Gap Presbyterian Encampment, including ceiling fans and a chow hall refrigerator.
Student Development
Officer Academy, Commish Academy, Founders Academy, mentoring, and future P.A.N.K.U.S. Pathways programming.
Communications
Website updates, The Commish newsletter, public updates, alumni outreach, and campaign reporting.
Operations
Website hosting, Google Workspace, Airtable, records, tools, and administration.
Nonprofit Structure
Support establishment of both a 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(7) structure for charitable, educational, alumni, social, and member-focused purposes.

We are asking each member and alumnus to start with $120 annually, or $10 per month. Those who are able to do more can help accelerate the work through the Commish and Trifecta levels.
All donors at these levels may be recognized on the P.A.N.K.U.S. website, unless they choose to remain anonymous. Thank-you gifts increase by level and include all prior-level gifts.
Thank-you gifts are offered as appreciation for support and are not intended as a purchase of goods. Donors may decline the gift or choose to remain anonymous.

After You Give
Complete the supporter form so we can confirm your recognition level, how you want your name listed, your thank-you gift selections, shirt size if applicable, and where to send items.
Accountability
Support has to come with visibility.
If P.A.N.K.U.S. asks members and alumni to give consistently, leadership must also report consistently. The Next Era Fund should include periodic fundraising updates, project progress, and summary reporting on what donor support made possible.
